ANUSARA YOGA - A flowing (Vinyasa) yoga in mildly heated room, with emphasis on precise biomechanical alignment, core stability, and power & joint preservations.

GENTLE YOGA  - Learn how to listen to your body's needs. Gently stretch and strengthen. All levels.  Great for Seniors!

HATHA YOGA - Classical yoga postures combined with deep and controlled breathing.  Beg/Inter.

POWER YOGA - Classical yoga postures emphasizing flowing sequence.  Some yoga experience suggested.

POWER BREAKFAST / POWER LUNCH - A Power Yoga Cardio challenge in less time for your busy life.  All levels.
