Small Group Training with Club La Maison's Elite trainers!

Are you ready to earn your stripes? Try Club La Maison's small group training. Class size is limited to 4-8, depending on the session type! Learn how to ramp up your workouts using perfect form! Results are guaranteed. Sessions to choose from – SGT BASE, SGT TRX, SGT ELITE, SGT STRIKE & SGT STRIKE ELITE!

All of our SGT Sessions include:
  1. A quick dynamic warm-up.
  2. Closely monitored strength training segments.
  3. Focus on functional application of exercise.
  4. Techniques to improve stability through movement.
  5. 1-4 specially designed calorie scorching blasts.
  6. Improved conditioning techniques that will prepare you for even the most rigorous activity.
  7. Results and exciting dynamic workouts that will keep you coming back for more!

Session Descriptions

SGT BASE - is designed to instill proper mechanics in fundamental exercises, while still offering a lean muscle building, calorie scorching training session. SGT BASE is an excellent session to take, regardless of your experience level. SGT BASE will condition and prepare you to take the step to the next level, SGT STRIKE and SGT TRX. SGT BASE is designed to ensure a great workout for all levels, whether you are new to the fitness world, or a highly advanced athlete. You will see results in this program. If you are new to exercise, or stuck in a routine, SGT BASE is a must do! We have designed the system so that SGT Base will deliver a solid workout to the beginner, or the advanced athlete.

SGT STRIKE and SGT TRX - Both are open to all levels of experience and promise the same great workout. You will find that STRIKE has an emphasis in martial arts, and TRX has an emphasis in TRX training. These two Session types could be considered the next step up from SGT BASE.

SGT ELITE* - Instructor permission needed – This would be considered the highest level of the SGT Program. ELITE encompasses many techniques of a very diverse field of Functional training styles. Kettlebell, TRX, Martial arts Combos, Bodyweight Exercise, Plyometrics, Pilates, Corrective Movement and Dynamic Stretching Exercises. Group size is limited to ensure that the Trainers can keep a watchful eye can maximize results. Calorie Blistering Results! You must be cleared by an SGT Trainer before you can sign up for an ELITE session.
