PHILOSOPHY: For most people, exercise is an outlet and for many, a lifestyle. Exercise should be something we can enjoy without serious pain or injury. Almost every human body maintains the same structural design on a skeletal and muscular level, yet performance can vary greatly from one person to the next. This can be a result of an injury, or from years of improper alignment or movement patterns. My training begins with each individual client by diagnosing problem areas of strength and flexibility. From there we design a program together that works both for the clients’ ideals and needs. Training and learning should never end to ensure a lifetime of discovery in health and potential.
INTERESTS AND HOBBIES: I enjoy spending time with friends and family, training with kettlebells, and cycling. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast.
FAVORITE TYPE OF CLIENT: I like to train anyone who is interested in learning about their body and finding the amazing potential within to achieve a long, healthy, strong life.
