AQUASIZE - Wake up in the water to start your day! Combines shallow & deeper ends to challenge all muscles.

CARDIO RESISTANCE - High resistance workout with low-moderate cardio, building strength, endurance & core.

HURRICANE - All cardio; Intervals of continuous cardio and high intensity bursts. ADVANCED Class.

H2O BLAST - Get the heart pumping with real aerobics, real intense cardio! Calorie burner deluxe!

SOUP DE JOUR - A variety of cardio types & strength utilizing various equipment. Games & fun as well!

SILVERSPLASH® - Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

SPLASH COMBO - Cardio, choreographed, combination class using 32ct. beat music. Perfect for participants who have exercised with this format in the group room, but can no longer take the stress of land impact. ADVANCED/INTENSE class.

WAVES - Cardio class utilizing whole pool with equipment to intensify water’s natural resistance. Overall workout.

WET-N-WILD - Challenging cardio workout utilizing noodles and/or body resistance, followed by deeper water exercises using various equipment, and ending with abs and cool down.
