ABS & ARMS
A great compliment to Spin and other cardio workouts, this class will give you the definition in your arms and strength in your core that you have been looking for.

ADV. SPORTS CONDITIONING
Take your workout to the next level. This advanced class focuses on strength and fitness for the entire body using weights, tubes, bands and more! Sports oriented type moves make it easy to follow but challenging on the body!

CARDIO STEP
The classic step class is back! Forty five minutes of cardio followed by abs.

BALLETONE FLOW
The dancer�s workout for every Body! This innovative class combines ballet moves and fitness to feel and look great! All levels.

CARDIO SCULPT/CIRCUIT
Athletic style moves with high or low impact options. Light or heavy equipment is used to tone you up along the way. Easy to follow, fun to do! All levels.

CARDIO FUSION
Come back to classic cardio with an up-tempo dance feel! This class is fun! All levels.

CUT & CORE
Sculpting of all major muscle groups with an intense portion dedicated to core training. Bosu, Gliding, Med Ball and more are used. All levels.


BODYCOMBAT -  Fiercely energetic-cardio interval workout. Non-combat, martial arts-based, this is the hottest new workout world wide! Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


BODYPUMP - The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get the results you came for-and fast!

BODYSTEP� - Feel liberated and alive with the energizing step workout that pushes fat burning into high gear.  Use height-adjustable steps for simple movements on, over and around the step. 

 

DOUBLE STEP
Two steps are used to double the fun! All levels but some step experience is helpful.

EXTREME STEP
This is it! For all you �master� steppers! Try the latest in step choreography.

This class focuses on joint health as well as muscle conditioning. Increase your range of motion, functional strength & stability for your healthy lifestyle. All levels.

MATRIX TRAINING
Cardio intervals w/weights athletic style moves. Geared toward core training. Intermediate/Advanced.

CARDIO VIBE
A low impact, group fit workout that leaves you energized.  Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Perfect for older active adults, those newer to exercise, and pre & post natal moms.

SILVER SNEAKERS
SilverSneakers group exercise classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment.

SILVER SNEAKERS - MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SWEATSHOP
Cardio and power intervals for a complete body workout. All levels.

YOGA STRONG -
Yoga meets Body Sculpting! Basic poses held w/light weights, mini bars & rings. Total body conditioning promoting flexibility and core stabilization. All levels.
