CLMFit, Functional Interval Training, is a results-driven small group training program at Club La Maison that will accelerate your results by giving you the accountability of working out with a team. Developed and coached by our own expert Fitness Pros, CMLFit is held in 45 minutes sessions with no more than 12 participants.
