Total Body Burn – Freestyles format that is filled with creative exercises for all levels. The instructor will take you through a variety of fitness exercises that will give you a total over all body workout.
Zumba – Zumba® will have you shakin, dancing and moving your body to exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. This is a Medium Impact Class.
Shape – This class is designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Each week is a different routine.
Les Mills BODYSTEP – In this workout, you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.
Bootcamp Circuit – High intensity interval cardio and strength training. Explore a different interval format each week, from AMRAPs to Tabatas and everything in between. High Impact Class with Low Impact options provided.
Total Body Conditioning – Maximize your workout time with this efficient trifecta of fitness combining strength, cardio, and core in a challenging freestyle workout.
Camp Carl – A circuit style class that will get you moving with traditional strength and cardio exercises plus a little extra from Carl.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT – This class is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program. Each 55-minute class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.
Mojo Fitness – This class is a boutique dance fitness regimen designed to tone muscle and torch fat simultaneously. We combine HIIT and strengthening methods with cool moves that are so fun that you will WANT to keep doing them again and again.
Cycling Mixx – A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
Cycling Groove – Let the music take control. This is a fun, high-paced rhythm ride set to great tunes that will keep you moving and grooving start to finish. Who said hard work can’t be fun? Your ride will be cadenced by the tempo of music.
Les Mills SPRINT – This class is a 30-min pre-choreographed indoor cycling class that takes HIIT off of the floor and onto the bike. No impact, but work towards a heavy heart beat.
Cycling Road Trip – The closest thing you’ll find to taking your stationary bike outside. Road riding conditions are simulated and set to upbeat, inspiring music to take your mind off your sweat, and sweat you will!
Shape Cardio – This class is designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Each week is a different routine.
Adrenaline – High intensity interval cardio and strength training. Explore a different interval format each week, from AMRAPs to Tabatas and everything in between.
H.I.I.T – High Intensity Interval Training has you alternating periods of short intense aerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods.
Cardio Dance – Dance, shake and move your body! This class is set to high-energy Latin, International Beats and Top 40 Hits! Enjoy a FUN, DANCE FITNESS PARTY!
Group cardio classes are a fan-favorite in the Wayne area, and for a good reason! This form of exercise offers several health benefits, like:

- Increased muscle strength and tone
- Better coordination and balance
- Increased flexibility and range of motion
You should wear comfortable and breathable clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Athletic shoes are also recommended to provide proper support and cushioning for your feet during the class.

It is recommended to attend at least 2 times a week to see the best results. It’s important to listen to your body and not overdo it. It’s also important to rest, recover and allow your body to adapt to the new routines and exercises.
