Workshop with Iris
In this workshop have all of your questions answered and get an overview of the different styles of yoga with a focus on vinyasa flow, one of the most popular styles being taught today. We have mats and everything else you’ll need! Experience a slow-flow vinyasa class with detailed instructions and ways of making the poses easily accessible. ANYONE can practice yoga, though you will gain flexibility with regular practice. After this workshop, you will be able to attend any of the yoga offerings at La Maison (yin, gentle and slow flow vinyasa).
