Kettlebell Workshop

A four-week kettlebell workshop that will teach the fundamentals of kettlebell training while providing a challenging workout. 

Every Sunday at 9:30 am
from April 24th – May 15th. 

$100 Members     $150 Non-members

I started college as a business and economics major before realizing I wouldn’t be happy sitting at a desk 10 to 12 hours a day. Strike 1. I switched gears and pursued a history degree. The idea was to teach and coach baseball, that is until I toured a few schools to set up student teaching. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting. Strike 2. While playing Division 1 baseball I realized that I enjoyed working with and learning from my strength and conditioning coaches. I pursued a career in the Fitness Industry and have been happy with my choice for the last 15 years.

 The point is, it is important to be adaptable. Keep trying until you figure out what works. The pandemic has certainly reinforced the need to be adaptable. Life changed in the blink of an eye.  Personal fitness was pushed aside for many people or was difficult to achieve even for those who valued exercise.  This workshop will teach you how to safely and effectively use one the most adaptable pieces of fitness equipment: The Kettlebell.  You can achieve fantastic results with very limited space and just 1 Kettlebell when used correctly.  I can’t wait to work with you and help you become more adaptable in your exercise routine.
