I started college as a business and economics major before realizing I wouldn’t be happy sitting at a desk 10 to 12 hours a day. Strike 1. I switched gears and pursued a history degree. The idea was to teach and coach baseball, that is until I toured a few schools to set up student teaching. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting. Strike 2. While playing Division 1 baseball I realized that I enjoyed working with and learning from my strength and conditioning coaches. I pursued a career in the Fitness Industry and have been happy with my choice for the last 15 years.
