The original barbell class! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Low Impact class. YOU WILL NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY TO SET UP YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS.

Les Mills GRIT

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.


In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

Les Mills CORE

This expertly designed Les Mills Core class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A strong core makes you better in everything you do, from day to day life to sports. Your core is the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in Les Mills Core have options, so it is challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Our instructors will guide you through the correct techniques to achieve your goals as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will functionally train your core muscles as well as tone your shoulders right down to your hips and bootie!


BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Tai Chi and Capoeira. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

Les Mills SPRINT

SPRINT is a 30-min pre-choreographed indoor cycling class that takes HIIT off of the floor and onto the bike. No impact, but work towards a heavy heart beat. PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CLASS TIME TO CHECK-IN AND SET UP YOUR BIKE!

Designed to be fun, challenging, and effective, Les Mills classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities.

That’s exactly what our instructors are here to help you for! There are a few ways you can know if you’re “doing it right”:

  1. Proper form: Pilates exercises should be performed with precise control and proper alignment. This means keeping your body in a neutral position, engaging your core muscles, and maintaining good posture.

  2. Mindful movement: Pilates emphasizes the importance of being mindful of your body and your movements. Pay attention to how your body feels as you perform each exercise, and make sure to breathe deeply and evenly throughout the class.

  3. Controlled breathing: Proper breathing technique is an important aspect of Pilates. Exhale as you exert effort and inhale as you release or relax.

  4. Progress: As you become more proficient in the Pilates method, you should notice an improvement in your strength, flexibility, and control. If you are not seeing progress, it may be a sign that you are not performing the exercises correctly.
