Our Massage Therapists
Yana Shulgan, LMT is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia, PA. Yana uses an integrated approach to bodywork, intuitively combining a variety of techniques (myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep-tissue, stretching, deep breathing, energy work, and reflexology) to release stress and muscular tension, increase range of motion, balance energy, and help relieve common ailments such as headaches, backaches, sciatica, general stiffness and more. Yana is also a Yoga instructor here at Club La Maison. During her free time, Yana enjoys spending time in nature with her loved ones, meditating, dancing, painting and reading books on a variety of healing modalities. YanaS@clublamaison.com
Jax Nye, LMT has been practicing Massage therapy professionally for fifteen years after completing her training at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 2003. Her passion and fascination with the human body brings a unique flow that is customized for each session's goals or needs. She has a strong background in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Geriatric, and Prenatal to name a few techniques from her tool box. Her passion aside from massage, is time spent with family gardening and doing yoga. JaxN@clublamaison.com
For a Standard Massage, you may request one modality or any combination of the above mentioned modalities which will be advised during your scheduled visit. So, you do not need to pick out the modality beforehand, but rather have a goal in mind of how you would like to feel after your session and communicate it to your therapist.
We also offer Hot Stone Massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, actively incorporating them into the massage. The heat can be deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles, so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
