Attention new moms and expecting moms
Club La Maison is excited to announce our 6-week, pre-natal and post-natal fitness program beginning in Monday, October 16th. This workshop is for pregnant or post partum women (up to 5 years post partum!). Pregnant women will work on safe exercises for each trimester, preparing for labor and the recovery exercises needed. For post-natal, many women never take the time or learn how to heal their pelvic floor before jumping back into old workouts. It's not too late to fix that! This class uses a variety of breathing, strength training and stretches to help with all the stages of child-bearing.
Certified personal trainer and new mother Megan Seay will incorporate the new Mom's Gone Strong program to guide you through a safe and effective workout to help you have a fit pregnancy and rebuild your fitness level after baby.
Fall classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am.
Price for members: $349
Price for non-members: $399 (includes access to the complex on the day of your workouts)
Includes twelve 45-minute guided workouts, a members-only Facebook group with online support, as well as fitness and nutrition resources. Space is limited to 8 participants, so fill out the form below to reserve your spot! And of course, childcare is available for infants over 3 months (an extra fee may be incurred; 2 hour time limit).
