Medically-regulated, evidence-based nutrition therapy.
The Nutrition program at La Maison Health & Fitness provides one-on-one nutrition counseling that is specific to your body, your lifestyle, and your PREFERENCES. Unlike nutritionists, our dietitians are qualified to conduct medical nutrition therapy to treat diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disease, and more! Like all medical professionals, dietitians are held to evidenced-based, scientific interventions- no fad diets. Furthermore, we are familiar with the body’s biochemistry as it pertains to performance. Whether you are a D1 athlete, aspiring athlete, or weekend warrior, we can help you reach your goals.
Plus, your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) funds can now be utilized for nutrition counseling services at La Maison. This means you can invest in your health and wellness without straining your budget. We are also now accepting most major medical insurances. Check your insurance benefits and coverage to see if Nutrition Counseling is covered under your plan.
