Did you know over 71 million Americans gained weight during the pandemic?
That’s a sobering statistic! But don’t worry – CLM is here to help!
If you’re nervous about working out indoors – or you struggle with the idea wearing a mask while exercising, then OUTDOOR classes are the perfect choice for you! Outdoor classes at CLM are safe, fun and provide that group motivation you love (unlike some of the virtual workouts you may have been tried over this past year).
We offer a variety of classes throughout the week. Click here to view the group exercise schedule. If the class is being held outside you will see *OUTDOOR next to the class name.
WHERE ARE THE CLASSES HELD?
Right across the street from our parking lot (Sugartown Road and Morris Road)
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR OUTDOOR CLASSES?
Yes, just like you would for an indoor class, you can sign up through the CLM app.
DO I HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO GET MY EQUIPMENT?
Nope, we've already taken care of that for you. There is a storage unit outside that has everything you need!
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK DURING CLASS?
Nope, we simply ask that you wear your mask while getting your equipment. But once you're set up at your station, you're welcome to remove your mask, or keep it on if you prefer.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Be sure to bring a water bottle, towel and mat.
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS? Feel free to reach out to our Group Exercise Director, Stephanie at stephk@clublamaison.com to learn more about our classes.
OUTDOOR FITNESS TESTIMONIALS
When you're in a class you push yourself harder than you would if you were home!
I've been taking the outdoor Grit, Combat and Adrenaline classes at CLM. I really enjoy the instructors, the routines, the members and the safety. I love that the gym has offered this option throughout the pandemic. Many feel safer outside and we truly appreciate the return to exercise that we otherwise would not have had.
I love being outside in the fresh air and seeing my co-workout friends who don’t want to go inside yet. I love the energy of the teachers and the classmates. The workout is always better with others. It gives you an opportunity to get out of your house, get a good workout in, and not feel like you are confined by a mask and/or space limits. The evening outside classes allow you to watch the sun set. I can’t express enough, how grateful I am for Club La Maison’s efforts to keep us all active during this pandemic.
