Run La Maison

A six-week running plan for beginners or anyone who wants motivation & accountability!

Join us every Tuesday at 7:00 am from April 25 through May 30th. It’s FREE for members and only $60 for non-members!

Let’s remove the ceiling! Join me at 7 am on Tuesdays to walk, talk, and begin (slowly) to add some running into your fitness journey at La Maison.  As your coach, I’ll be with you every step of the way as we explore your path to robust, resilient, health. Like you, I had to start somewhere. I found some good teachers, and now, twenty years later and 520 marathons completed, I can say that I learned. But the lesson here is not how to finish a marathon every couple of weeks, but, rather, how to arrive on the start line healthy, uninjured and ready for the next adventure.

So, join me on Tuesdays to share your goals, and let’s knock the ceiling off your own road to some epic adventures!
