I trained a young woman who didn’t lead the healthiest lifestyle. She worked out a little bit, but she didn’t eat well, and she didn’t have the healthiest habits. As we worked together, we would talk about what habits she could change and how she could adopt a healthier lifestyle. Within a few months of us working together she lost 20 lbs and completely changed her outlook and mindset about healthy living. She also went on to get her group exercise certification and is in the process of getting her personal training certification.
I love tacos, baked goods, and all the carbs. Some people are so surprised that I eat unhealthy things! My fiance and I also have an embarrassingly large gin collection.
