Group Fitness Director

Steph has over 20 years of experience in group fitness. She holds a variety of certifications including AFAA Group Fitness, Schwinn Cycling, Les Mills Body Pump, Combat, Tone, Core, Sprint and Barre.  She also has a Level 2 Lacrosse Coaching and Officials certificate with USA Lacrosse. Steph has always been active with sports and after having children she found group exercise to be the perfect fit for her lifestyle.  “I love the adrenaline rush of exercising in a group setting and the feeling of joy following an intense exercise class – similar to a runner’s high,” says Steph.

Fun fact about Steph: She played field hockey in England and Scotland, and took horseback riding jumping lessons in Africa!
