Gisele Chud has over two years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell I and II and BOSU Balance Specialist. She worked for the past two years in a beach-front studio in California. Her special skills and certification include Kettlebell and BOSU Balance for Seniors.
She decided to become a trainer because she believes that fitness is more than looking good, it’s about feeling proud of growing yourself and pushing people’s body to do incredible things.
She loves making people feel good about themselves, as well as creating a bond of trust, communication, setting realistic goals, and most importantly laughing and having fun with clients.
Outside of the gym, Gisele enjoys going to concerts and music festivals, hiking, roller blading and playing sports with family and friends.
Her best piece of advice is “Just believe in yourself. Even if you don’t, just pretend that you do and at some point, you will.”
