Zach grew up in a big family where they were into sports and competing in every single way. He loves competition and he HATES to lose. Zach was a three sport athlete in high school: football, baseball, and basketball, and went on to play college football and start 3 years as quarterback at Shippensburg University. He studied business management while at Shippensburg.
Zach played professional football for the Seattle Seahawks in 2014, the Montreal Allouettes in 2014 and the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks in 2015 until he tore his ACL, Meniscus, and MCL all in the same movement.
During his rehab is when he really became interested in training people and making sure they do the exercises correctly so a not to incur any injuries.
Why Zach, you ask?
He loves training. Zach personalizes everything for every single person. From weights, to movements, to exercises, he tries to keep people the same but also give them a kick A*$ workout. He is a lot different from every other trainer because he will push you to limits you never knew you had. He will also encourage you, be very enthusiastic, and get to know you. Zach checks in with all his clients on a daily basis to see how they are feeling after a hard workout and he is always making sure they are having a good time too. Zach also holds a specialty certification in Strength & Conditioning.
