Nate received his Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University in Kinesiology (Physical Education and Health). He has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008, certified in Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), USTFCCCA Sprints, Hurdles and Relays Specialist, USTFCCCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certified, has coached Track and Field since 2008 and coached Collegiate Track and Field since 2010. He has coached many speed power athletes in a variety of sports including Track, Football (combine training), Soccer, Bobsled, Skeleton and more.
Nate enjoys working with people of all abilities and ages. He views each client as a conundrum and likes to figure out the best way to help each client reach their goals. He trains large muscle groups, big ranges of motion and multi- jointed exercises in a safe and controlled manner. He feels the best way to reach your goals is through consistency and hard work- no shortcuts, fads or gimmicks.
People have a multitude of reasons for using a trainer, ranging from having someone holding them accountable, to learning how to perform exercises in the correct way. The fitness world is ever evolving and sometimes it is difficult to weed through the fads and gimmicks. Learning how to move in an efficient and correct way and not waste your time can change your life and help you reach your goals faster and more easily.
