Rachael obtained her Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University. She then received her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Rachael is passionate about helping others lose weight, overcome injuries, gain strength, increase flexibility, and most importantly feel happy and healthy, mentally and physically. Her warm and friendly personality will make you feel at ease right away. She loves the friendly, welcoming vibe here at Club La Maison. Her goal is to apply her knowledge and experience every day to help our members better their lives through fitness.
When she’s not at work, Rachael enjoys time outdoors with her friends, especially walking and hiking with her dog.
