The hip hinge is a foundational movement in exercise, and learning how to hinge properly is essential not only in exercise, but in daily life. It helps us with everyday activities, like picking heavy objects up, helps us strengthen lower back muscles to prevent injury, and helps improve athletic performance. In this workshop Nate and Jacquie will break down the Hip Hinge and show you how to move properly to improve performance and prevent injury.  

And, to make it even better, it’s absolutely free and open to anyone and everyone, so why not bring along your family, friends, and neighbors?
