Slow Flow Vinyasa

Vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” Classes will include sun salutations and flow linking breath and movement, transitioning from one pose to the next. Modifications will be offered as well as options for more challenging variations. Great for flexibility, balance, strength and a mind-body connection. All levels, beginners through advanced, are welcome.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses or asanas that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

No, it’s not necessary to have any experience with yoga. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. Your yoga teacher will give modifications to accommodate different abilities and flexibility. The most important thing is to listen to your body and move in a way that feels comfortable to you.

It’s recommended to attend at least 2 times a week to see the best results. However, it’s important to listen to your body and not overdo it. It’s also important to rest, recover and allow your body to adapt to the new routines and exercises.
